Common Areas
The following common areas are available for the enjoyment
of all guests of Uvalde Pied-à-terre:
- An elevated, covered 800 sq. ft. rear deck/patio for barbequing, enjoying the sunset, or relaxing under the starlight.
- Gated main entrance, which is locked at night.
- Private parking area.
- Rear patio entrance from carport and covered parking.
